Message	It is very stong with a proper matrix resin... its bad rep comes from its common use with polyester. In fact, it has near the same performance as carbon, but with none of the weight savings. (often a greater impact resistance as well) Glass structure with a kevlar scrim would be nice... Cost and difficulty would be far higher than equivalent cast pieces... the likely show stoppers. While getting tires mounted for Zcon, I had this doozy of a conversation with the mechanic... Tireguy: [looking at emblem] Is this a Twin Turbo? Me: Well, yea. Tireguy: Awesome!
